This policy explains how checkout, payment review, discounts, and refunds are handled when you purchase from Nalmurevo.

Payment Options

The payment methods available to you appear at checkout. Options may differ according to your location, currency, device, order value, and the services supported at the time of purchase.

Authorization & Verification

Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, address verification, and fraud prevention. A bank or payment provider may approve or decline a payment, request extra verification, or place a temporary authorization hold. The timing for releasing a hold is controlled by that provider.

Checkout Security

Transactions are processed through established ecommerce and payment-service providers. We do not ask customers to send complete card numbers, security codes, account passwords, or authentication codes by email.

  • Confirm that your billing information matches the records held by your payment provider.
  • Keep passwords and one-time verification codes private.

Order Confirmation

An email confirmation means we received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance or shipment if payment verification, inventory, pricing, or legal restrictions prevent fulfillment. If we cannot accept a paid order, we will cancel the affected item and issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Prices, Taxes & Provider Fees

Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the order total are displayed before payment is submitted. Your bank may separately charge a foreign-transaction, currency-conversion, or processing fee; such charges are not set by Nalmurevo.

Discount Codes

Enter eligible codes before completing checkout. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or retroactively applied. Product exclusions, minimum spend, expiration dates, and usage limits may apply.

Duplicate or Unrecognized Charges

Contact us with the transaction date and amount, your name, and your order number if available. Do not include full payment-card details. We may ask you to contact your payment provider when the charge originated outside our systems.

Refund Security

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, the bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it to your account.
